S-type single platinum rhodium thermocouple is widely used in textile, printing and dyeing plant, paper industry, plastic, vulcanized rubber and other industries because of its unique camera and convenient use. Platinum Rhodium 10 platinum thermistor (S-type platinum rhodium thermocouple) is a precious metal thermistor. The principal component of the positive grade (SP) is platinum rhodium aluminum alloy, in which rhodium content is 10%, platinum content is 90%, and negative grade (SN) is pure platinum. Therefore, platinum rhodium thermocouple is listed separately. The long-term high application temperature of platinum rhodium thermocouple is 1300 ℃ and the short-term high application temperature of Zui is 1600 ℃. S-type thermistor has the advantages of high accuracy, good reliability, wide temperature range and long service life. It has excellent physical and organic chemical properties, thermoelectric potential difference reliability and good oxidation resistance at high temperature. It is suitable for reducing and plastic atmosphere. All normal applications in coking plant, steel plant and other high temperature applications.
The root cause of leakage current of S-type single platinum rhodium thermocouple depends on the following factors:
1. The insulation layer of the insulating brick on the heating furnace is not good at high temperature. Inserting the surface thermocouple with metal hose into the inner wall of the furnace equipped with furnace wire is very easy to touch the furnace wire and the surface thermocouple. The insulating brick is an excellent insulating layer dismantling material at indoor temperature, but with the increase of temperature, the dielectric strength of the patients will be significantly reduced. Most of the lining of resistor furnace is made of iron oxide insulating brick, and its resistance decreases obviously with the increase of temperature.
2. The contact between the furnace wire and the surface thermocouple. The protective tube of platinum rhodium surface thermocouple is iron oxide ceramic tube, and the couple wire is separated from the insulation layer through the porcelain tube. Under high temperature, the dielectric strength energy will be reduced, resulting in leakage. After Zui, it will leak to the surface thermocouple, so there will always be communication and leakage electronic signal on the surface thermocouple.
